Job Description:

Execute and support creator onboarding and growth initiatives, including amplification tactics to increase creator adoption and performance within the Shopee Affiliate Program
Coordinate and project manage initiatives with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative to ensure timely and accurate execution
Track, analyse, and report on initiative performance using data and metrics to identify optimisation opportunities and support decision-making
Communicate and collaborate with external agencies to onboard, manage, and support creators throughout their growth journey
Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to surface insights that can strengthen creator acquisition and growth strategies
Support process optimisation by identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and enhancing coordination across teams to ensure scalable creator operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners
Good execution and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with numbers and data proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured approach to work
Keen interest in social media, influencer marketing, and the digital marketing landscape
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve performance target
