Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process includes onboarding, device support, also ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and future hiring strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Promote internal communication and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with local labor laws and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, benefits, and employee records.
- Stay updated on legal changes and advise management on necessary policy updates.
Performance Management & Development:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers on employee development.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage career progression and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
- Conduct salary reviews and manage compensation strategies in line with industry standards.
Administrative Oversight:
- Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records, issuing contracts, and managing attendance.
- Support the administration of visas and work permits for expatriates.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Contribute to organizational change management efforts as the company grows.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Expatriate candidates with knowledge of local culture and HR regulations are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a start-up, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations in a growing organization.
- Familiarity with HR management software and tools.
