Job Description
- Responsible for effectively implementing the group&aposs human resources strategies within the factory, ensuring HR policies align with operational goals.
- Implement talent development mechanisms to strengthen team management capabilities and build mid-to-senior level leadership pipelines, enhancing the organization&aposs overall competitiveness.
- Regularly review and optimize organizational structure, job grade systems, and staffing plans
- Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Handle labor affairs appropriately to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Requirement
- Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR management experience; experience managing a factory site is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, recruitment channels, and university relationship management.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English (written and spoken)
