ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR practices in Hanoi. This role is ideal for candidates who have studied in Australia or overseas and are looking to bring international HR perspectives into Vietnam. You will play a critical role in recruitment, people development, performance management, and culture-building in a dynamic organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Partner with department managers to finalise accurate job descriptions and hiring needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting talent
- Develop and execute employer branding activities to attract top candidates
Learning & Development
- Organise onboarding programs to integrate new employees into company culture and processes
- Collaborate with managers to design training and career development pathways for employees
- Oversee training activities from preparation to delivery and measure effectiveness post-training
Compensation & Benefits
- Monitor and optimise the KPI and performance evaluation system to ensure fairness and alignment with company goals
- Participate in evaluating and measuring employee performance, providing improvement recommendations
- Advise senior management on compensation, benefits, and policies to remain competitive in the market
Culture & Internal Communication
- Plan and execute the internal events calendar, including team-building and company-wide activities
- Act as a bridge between employees and senior management, ensuring open and effective communication
- Foster a positive, engaging, and professional workplace culture that supports collaboration and performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial or senior HR role
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee engagement
- Experience in building HR processes and working directly with leadership teams
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, compensation, development, and engagement
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labour laws and HR compliance requirements
- Exposure to international HR practices is an advantage
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work cross-functionally
