Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
Lead initiatives to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
Support employee relations by resolving escalated HR operational issues.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline HR processes.
Develop and monitor HR operation KPIs and prepare management reports.
Lead and coach HR operations team members, ensuring high service standards.
Other duties assigned by HR Director.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years as HR Operations Manager.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll, and HR systems.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
