Salary range for the position: $1500-$2200

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Cong Hoa Office. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Daily tasks include managing hiring processes, developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, handling employee grievances, and coordinating staff training programs. Bestmix wants to create the best environment possible for each employee&aposs well-being and career.

Ideal candidate is:

  • Prefer to work in medium size (150-250 people) manufacturing company with various departments
  • Highly motivated and committed, want to bring meaningful impact to the company
  • Not afraid to be wrong; who is moral, logical and love continuous improvement
  • Love working with people and understand their needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management position
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and development programs (Training and Development)
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Knowledge of Salary structure methods, HR Policies and Legal Compliance
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle Employee Grievances and Dispute Resolution
  • Familiarity with HR Software and Systems
