I. Company Introduction
Unity Sport Joint Stock Company is a member unit of Unity Technology & Sports Joint Stock Company, established in 2023 with the mission of developing a modern sports ecosystem. Unity Sport focuses on building Uniscore, a core technology platform that supports the recording, analysis, and management of data for athletes, tournaments, and teams, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of organizing and operating sports events both domestically and internationally.
II. Job Description
A. Employer Branding (50%)
- Develop an Employer Branding strategy aligned with the companys vision and core values.
- Position the employer brand in the market, making the company a top attractive workplace in the industry.
- Develop and manage all recruitment communication channels (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create EB content: employee stories, videos, infographics, blogs, case studies to promote the corporate image.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to organize both online & offline EB events such as career fairs, workshops, talk shows, campus tours, CSR activities, etc.
- Measure EB effectiveness through key metrics: brand awareness, engagement, number of organic applicants, and market visibility.
- Advise the Board of Directors on employer branding strategy and employee experience.
B. Recruitment & Talent Development (30%)
- Develop annual recruitment plans aligned with the companys growth strategy.
- Directly lead and participate in hiring for senior, strategic, or hard-to-fill positions.
- Build standardized recruitment processes, policies, regulations, benefits, and employee development programs.
- Source, develop, and maintain a strong candidate network through multiple channels: headhunting, networking, talent pools, and referrals.
- Train and coach the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on interview skills, competency assessment, candidate experience, and HR development.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate OKRs and KPIs for the department; develop budgets and optimize costs and efficiency to connect, recruit, retain, and grow talent in alignment with the companys goals.
C. Labor Law & Compliance (20%)
- mImplement and update regulations: Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law, etc.
- Ensure compliance in all HR processes (contracts, probation, discipline, termination, disputes).
- Advise the Board and departments on HR legal issues to minimize risks and balance interests.
- Develop and update internal policies: labor rules, collective agreements, company regulations.
- Represent the company with authorities (Department of Labor, Labor Inspectorate, Social Insurance Agency).
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on Recruitment/Employer Branding.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law with the ability to apply flexibly in real HR situations.
- Proven experience in building and implementing Employer Branding strategies at medium or large-scale organizations.
- Strong track record in senior-level recruitment and hard-to-fill positions; extensive professional network.
- Excellent skills in analysis, planning, communication, and problem-solving.
- Leadership capability with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate across departments.
- Experience in developing policies, regulations, and HR processes is an advantage.
- Experience in startup or IT companies is a plus.
