Job Description
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for recruitment, training, and human resource development.
Plan and allocate human resources to effectively support the companys business operations and strategic goals.
Establish compensation and reward policies, along with measures to motivate and encourage employees.
Support other departments in personnel management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees. Provide assistance related to staff training, recruitment methods, and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and other legal regulations related to labor and workforce management.
Develop the salary budget, employee benefits, and annual HR department operating budget, and implement the approved budget.
Build and maintain good relationships with government agencies and relevant authorities.
Foster a positive working environment within the department, care for employees well-being, and promote collective activities and engagement programs.
Required Qualification
Bachelors degree or higher
Required Languages
Proficiency in English
Required knowledge and skills
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Skills in analysis, evaluation, and internal control
