We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administration Executive to join our team.
This role will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing office administration, and providing essential support for exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and operational efficiency, contributing directly to the success of our exhibitions and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
Coordinate employee induction, training, and development programs.
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and overtime tracking.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
Administration (Admin)Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships: travel agencies, hotels, office supplies, logistics, etc.
Coordinate business travel, visas, accommodation, and logistics for the management team.
Manage contracts, renewals, and supplier documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety, and insurance.
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for HR & Admin functions.
Exhibition & Event SupportCoordinate staff scheduling, travel, and accommodation for exhibitions.
Liaise with venues, contractors, and service providers for administrative requirements.
Support exhibition licensing, registration, and manpower allocation.
Recruit and manage temporary staff for exhibitions and events.
Provide on-site HR & admin support during exhibitions as needed.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in exhibitions, events, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.
Proven track record in HR operations, office administration, and vendor coordination.
Fluency in English (written & spoken); knowledge of Vietnamese is required.
