RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be leading a PO and BA team in defining and managing the end-to-end process of a B2B e-commerce platform and its ecosystem elements such as digital exhibition, livestream, and data analytics.

• Lead a PO, BA and UI design to develop a platforms in end to end basis: Research, analysis, design, validate with potential users, follow up and do acceptance test of the products.
• Collaborate with R&D and other teams to ensure the delivery of the product in alignment with business expectations and milestones, following agile process.
• Go into detail of user stories, flows, experience analysis to be ready for development.
• Continously measure, analyse and discover more users expectations in order to keep the platfom up to highest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally 5 - 10 years in related fields of Product Management and Product Ownership, especially in one or more of the following: e-commerce, B2B sales/marketing solutions, supply chain management
• Strong capability and passion in product research, analysis and user experience, espcially B2B business products.
• Strong leadership, management, presentation and collaboration.
• Realwork experience with e-commerce (B2B or B2B2C), data analytics, customer experience are big plus.
