Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for:
Process Improvement & Standardization:
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive the standardization of processes across departments to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Perform strategic review of AS IS value streams & processes and then design & implement TO-BE Processes maps to enable OnPoint to scale efficiently and effectively.
- Provide leadership to perform Post Implementation Review to measure actual vs planned outcomes. Take appropriate actions to ensure planned outcomes are achieved. Lead and manage business transformation programs to ensure the various workstreams / projects achieve expected business outcomes and provide regular updates to the Steering Committee.
Business Digitalization with Technology and AI
- Define and execute a company-wide digitalization strategy aligned with business goals.
- Own the transformation and digital product vision and roadmap
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management:
- Build and lead a cross-functional team to build up robust Management Systems for key departments.
- Work closely with department heads to gather requirements, provide training, and gain support for the updated processes and value streams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and system adoption throughout the organization.
- Develop and execute a change management strategy to support employees in transitioning to new ways of working.
- Provide change management leadership. Work with cross-functional teams to implement business transformation projects, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget, and high adoption rate among the team members.
- Continuously seek and identify opportunities to digitally transform value chains using Technology, Data and AI as enablers that deliver significant business & financial outcomes
- Develop and maintain transformation and digitalization roadmap, with clear evaluation and prioritization framework.
Requirements
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- 10+ years of proven track record in continuous improvement, preferably in management consulting and digital transformation in a dynamic environment / industry.
- Proven expertise in coaching and implementing continuous improvement methodologies like value stream mapping, business process improvement / reengineering, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven track record in implementing change management and transformation for large organizations. Experience in driving organizational change, including preparing, supporting, and training employees to adopt new systems. Familiarity with change management frameworks like ADKAR or Kotters 8-Step Process would be useful.
- Analytical and able to develop insights and recommendations from various data points.
- Willing to roll-up the sleeves to drive business transformation initiatives, with strong bias for actions to achieve positive outcomes for business.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
Success Metrics (First 1218 Months):
10% core business processes are transformed and digitalized with full adoption.
10% cost savings or productivity uplift from transformation.
20% reduction in process cycle time for key value chains
