We are looking for a Head of HR (Shared Service) to design and lead the shared HR service model across Phoenix and a number of member companies in Sports & Publications. This is a unique opportunity to establish a centralized HR function that will directly support dynamic and high-visibility businesses.

Your Mission: As the Head of HR (Shared Service), you will:
- Build & Operate: Establish and manage a shared HR service model, ensuring that essential HR operations (C&B, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations) are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in compliance across basketball and publication businesses.
- Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement people strategies that enable growth and performance in Sports & Publications.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Develop strong recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding within the sector.
- Culture Building: Lead HR initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and professionalism.
The HR Leader Were Looking For:
- 710 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role, with hands-on experience in setting up or restructuring HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and resilience to work with diverse senior leaders.
- Solid business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Passion for or experience in Sports & Publications is a strong advantage.
