Our client is a leading media, entertainment and technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Job description:
1.Develop short-term and long-term communication plans and strategies for content on social networks (Youtube/FB/Tiktok/Threads) based on the Content plan of the Content Hub.
- Ensure promotional content aligns with the plan while creating additional engagement and audience interest.
2.Supervise and implement activities to promote and deliver content to the target audience (B2C), optimize interactions & engagement to enhance efficiency via 2-way digital marketing channels.
- Ensure content quality meets standards of appeal, novelty, creativity, and engagement, as well as performance metrics on social media platforms according to KPIs.
3.Handle issues related to communication crises and media rumors. Propose crisis communication methods and solutions for content from the Content Hub and directly report to MD/BOI/BOM regarding ongoing social media activities.
- Ensure effective crisis management and maintain social media performance.
4.Frequently collaborate with Content Producers to propose communication solutions and creative content ideas.
- Ensure content quality meets communication standards and creativity.
5.Prepare performance reports for social media campaigns, including measurement, analysis, and evaluation of implementation effectiveness.
- Ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.
6.Manage & strengthen the Marcom team:
- Recruitment, evaluation, coaching, and on-the-job training to enhance Social team capacity.
- Organize and expand the Marcom team to meet the increasing demand for high-quality content.
- Fine-tune the working process between Marcom and Content production in collaboration with Sales PPL to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure the team is capable of meeting high-demand content delivery and operational efficiency.
7.Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Department of the Group to execute Group-wide campaigns.
- Ensure communication content aligns with the Groups overall direction.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, or Social Media.
Working Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in communication, digital marketing, content creation, social media or at least 7 years of proven experience managing large-scale campaigns on social/viral platforms in the FMCG industry.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience in organizing and implementing Master Plans/Strategic Plans: Marketing & PR, especially Social/Viral.
- Knowledge of the media industry and program production.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, with sensitivity to executing social/viral content communication activities.
- Scriptwriting and editing skills for Shows/Movies/TVCs/Viral Clips.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to quickly capture trends and apply them to products.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
