I. Vai tr, nhim v ca Customer Development:
- Theo st khch hng t sau trin khai n ht vng i s dng sn phm: m bo h dng hiu qu, ng nhu cu.
- Gia hn, ti k v nng cp: Theo di chu k hp ng, duy tr mc hi lng & p ng nhu cu theo tng giai on ca khch hng trong qu trnh s dng, thc y khch hng gia hn kp thi.
- Upsell/Cross-sell cc app khc trong h sinh thi Base: xut gii php m rng ph hp theo tng giai on vn hnh ca doanh nghip.
- Lng nghe v h tr: Gii quyt cc tnh hung pht sinh, kt ni vi i ng k thut, trin khai mang li tri nghim tt nht cho khch hng.
II. KPI Cng Vic
- T l khch hng gia hn, ti k trn tng s khch hng c nhn trong thng.
- Doanh thu bn thm, bo cho theo thng.
Cc ch s trn l yu t chnh trong vic tnh hoa hng, thng & nh gi performance hng thng/qu.
III. Hnh mu ca 1 ng vin Customer Development l tng:
- ng vin trong tui 1996 - 2003
- Ti thiu + 1 nm kinh nghim trong lnh vc Sales B2B, Business Development v Customer Success, Project Manager, Account Manager (u tin start-up cng ngh)

- Thu nhp = Lng cng (9M - 14M) + Commission (2% to 13%) + Thng KPI (Theo thng) + Ph cp.
Tng thu nhp trung bnh: Trong vng 1 nm u: 12 - 18M; Sau mt nm: 20 - 30M v cao lu tin theo tp khch hng ph trch trong nhng nm tip theo
- Company Trip, Lng thng 13, Sinh nht, Happy Hour, L, 8/3, 20/10, Thng, Bo him, Ph cp,... theo Lut Lao ng v chnh sch Cng ty.
- L trnh pht trin/ thng tin r rng, review performance nh k 3 thng/ln, Level up 6 thng/ 1 ln.
- Chm sc sc khe: Khm sc khe nh k, gi bo him PTI cho nhn vin.
