Leasing Executive & Customer Relations

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Fanpage and Website, provide consulting and introduce leasing service packages.
• Guide clients during office tours, follow up, provide excellent customer service, and close leasing deals.
• Draft and manage contracts, quotations, and booking documents for customers.
• Input, update, and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Manage company Fanpage and Website; plan content and coordinate basic design for promotional activities.
• Collaborate with external partners to implement marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support management in recruitment tasks when required.
• Collect and report work progress regularly and on request.
• Assist with office supply procurement and support internal events with other teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field).
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leasing (B2B experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
• Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written).
• Competency in Microsoft Office; able to draft documents and manage customer data.
• Familiar with social media management (Fanpage/Website) and basic graphic design skills.
• Attitude: hardworking, persistent, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.
• Flexibility to be available for customers and ensure prompt responses.
