KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and expand the network of potential clients in areas such as Outsourcing, IT Services, SaaS, AI, Chatbot, and Software solutions.
- Approach and analyze client needs, consult on suitable technology solutions, and conduct product demos when required.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution packages tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Follow the complete sales process: from lead generation, solution presentation, proposal submission, and deal closing to after-sales customer care.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends to provide accurate and effective consultation.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to build connections and expand business opportunities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales or Business Development in tech, software, SaaS, AI, or outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of tech products, solution selling, and software sales processes.
- Skilled in creating proposals, giving product demos, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in international client communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients.
- Preferred: experience selling packaged software (CRM, ERP, etc.), cloud services, or SaaS; background in startups, software firms, or outsourcing.
- Bonus if experienced in B2B sales, subscription models, or working with software vendors, resellers.
