The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the company&aposs client base
- Conduct outreach & follow-ups with current and new clients
- Track client interactions and maintain records
- Evaluate opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Receive and analyze client briefs; support in developing proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate, sign, and execute contracts with clients while providing customer service before, during, and after contract signing.
- Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
- Conduct regular progress reports to the Manager
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an agency with related roles such as Account, Sales, Business Development
- Experience in the e-commerce/ media industry
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages; Chinese is a plus
- Strong skills in writing and presenting digital proposals, negotiation, and communication.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
