Job Description

  • Team Management & Performance Supervision (40%)
  • Build and manage a sales team (610 members), ensuring both headcount and quality.
  • Develop business plans, monitor, and take responsibility for team performance.
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and customer service.
  • Ensure team performance meets targets with clear talent development plans.
  • Customer Relations & Business Growth (40%)
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Support staff in contract negotiation and key account management.
  • Build and manage strategic POS partner relationships to integrate Ahamove solutions.
  • Achieve revenue growth from both new and existing customers while managing budgets effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Optimization (20%)
  • Work with other departments to execute projects and enhance service quality.
  • Gather feedback from customers and the team to propose product/service improvements.
  • Analyze business data and market trends to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and resource utilization.

Job requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 5+ members, including training and development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; able to make sound decisions quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Proactive, adaptable, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
