Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (startups, product companies, and enterprises) in the tech industry, especially in Singapore and the US.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and account management.
  • Understand clients hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met with quality and speed.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Attend networking events or online meetings to represent Inspius and promote our services.
  • Report progress, forecasts, and performance KPIs to the Team Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services (experience in tech industry is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing business model, including dedicated teams, T&M contracts, and fixed-price models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong global network and the ability to build trust with international clients.
  • Experience working with clients in the tech sector (startups, software houses, product companies) is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
