Job Title:Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC, Vietnam

Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Reporting To: Head of Business Development

Team Structure: Supports Business Development Managers (BDMs); potential to grow into a BDM role

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record in B2B sales or 180-degree recruitment business development. This role is best suited for professionals with strong client-facing experience, particularly those who have worked with international and multinational companies, and possess a solid understanding of HR-related services such as talent development, outplacement, or coaching.

As a BDR, you will play a key role in identifying strategic business opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers, and helping to shape a robust sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive growth and deliver high-impact solutions to leading organizations.

What You&aposll Do

Identify Strategic Opportunities

  • Research and target MNCs and large domestic companies aligned with LHHs offerings
  • Map key stakeholders (HR Directors, Talent Leaders, BU Heads)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client business developments

Engage Decision-Makers

  • Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals)
  • Represent LHH with professionalism and commercial credibility
  • Tailor your communication to suit senior executives

Generate and Support Meetings

  • Book qualified meetings for BDMs/KAMs
  • Deliver meeting prep materials (research, briefs) at least 3 days in advance
  • Support in customizing proposals and presentation materials

Contribute to Sales Strategy

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Track KPIs and share insights from outreach
  • Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to improve targeting and messaging

What You Need

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong business acumen and consultative mindset
  • Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
  • Resourceful in lead research and outreach strategy
  • Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Resilient, coachable, and results-driven

Experience

  • Min 5 years in full-time B2B sales or 180-degree recruitment position
  • Proven success working with MNCs and large domestic clients
  • Familiarity with HR services: training, coaching, outplacement, talent consulting is plus
  • Experience working toward targets and meeting KPIs consistently
