Role Description

• Conduct market research and trend analysis, including colors, silhouettes, materials, and customer preferences.
• Develop creative design sketches and prepare detailed Tech Packs with production specifications.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories to ensure design quality and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with buying and sales teams to align collections with market demands and brand direction.
• Contribute to brand image and visuals, including social media content, lookbooks, and concept styling

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, International study or living experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry (brand or ODM environment).
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator software
• Fluent in English (spoken and presentation skills)
