Job Description
Design and develop various media publications (Digital, Print, POSM, Event, Banner, Poster, Brochure, Infographic...) according to the requirements of departments/partners.
Shape and implement visual ideas based on brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in the identity system.
Participate in building Key Visual for communication campaigns, events and key marketing activities.
Work closely with the Content, Marketing, Communications... teams to convey messages into creative and effective design products.
Contribute new and creative ideas to advertising and integrated communication projects.
Manage and store design resources, and make edits when necessary.
Job requirements
Education level: Graduated from College/University in the following majors: Graphic Design, Industrial Fine Arts, Applied Fine Arts or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in creative design.
Priority is given to candidates with experience with brands in the fields of Finance - Banking, Insurance, Technology or Service Retail.
Professional knowledge
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Good knowledge of Motion Graphics is an advantage.
Deep understanding of Typography, Layout, Color and basic design principles.
Ability to sketch ideas quickly and communicate ideas clearly.

Good writing and Vietnamese skills to support message delivery.
Good communication, listening and effective teamwork.
Time management, work organization and project coordination skills
