Research, track, and identify seasonal fashion trends and product directions.
Define and shape the brands signature style for womens and kids fashion.
Conduct market analysis, monitor consumer insights, and provide recommendations on trends and best-selling products.
Oversee the full design process from concept to final product.
Manage and collaborate with the design and purchasing teams to ensure timely product development and production.
Work with the team to develop collection themes, create and edit concepts.
Prepare production sketches, select fabrics, and supervise sample development.
Develop mood boards, color palettes, and prototypes for collections.
Support product styling and photoshoot execution.
Partner with the marketing team to align product positioning with brand strategy.
Stay up to date with styling and fashion trends relevant to the Vietnamese market.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related major.
Strong knowledge of Asian fashion markets.
Minimum 7 years experience in womens wear and/or kids wear design.
In-depth expertise across apparel development, including pattern making, grading, garment construction, embroidery, material sourcing, and production machinery.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and PLM systems.
