Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall growth plan.
  • Lead and manage sales operations to ensure effectiveness and achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement sales strategies, including objectives, action plans, and resource allocation.
  • Design and manage sales channels: set targets, sales plans, growth strategies, and monitor performance.
  • Expand market presence, develop customer base, and strengthen business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide timely and effective business decisions.
  • Develop customer journey and ensure excellent customer experience across sales channels.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team with the right structure and capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of business models, sales operations, and market dynamics.
  • Effective leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent people management: coaching, motivating, and talent development.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Proactive, result-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
