Who we are looking for
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with the flexibility to work across Vietnam.
  • Minimum of 35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in SaaS, POS/CRM/loyalty solutions, or digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the decision-making processes of SMEs and local businesses in Vietnam.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and energetic.
  • Service-minded attitude: patient, supportive, and committed to helping customers succeed.
  • Language skills: Vietnamese (native) and communicative proficiency in Japanese or English (at least one foreign language required).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach in client interactions.
What you are going to do
  • Drive new business development and manage sales pipeline across F&B and retail shops and mini businesses in Vietnam.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners and business decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, increase brand visibility, and support sales conversion.

  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding and product adoption.
  • Provide ongoing account management and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Managers, Legal, Finance, Technical) to structure deals, contracts, and payment terms aligned with company policies.
  • Represent GIANTY at industry events, networking dinners, and partner engagements to strengthen visibility and trust in the market.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support business strategy and portfolio prioritization.
