Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage key projects under the 3 Parties Fulfillment (3PF) Cross Border model to enhance seller operation efficiency and overall project impact.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize acquisition and performance strategies.
  • Drive new seller acquisition through data analysis, identifying potential opportunities, and executing actionable initiatives to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., BD, Marketing, Finance, Payment team) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Build effective communication flow between cross-border teams and regional stakeholders to maintain strong collaboration and information transparency.
  • Manage project timelines, report progress, and proactively address potential risks or blockers.
  • Support strategic discussions with external partners or third-party vendors to scale the 3PF business model.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, E-commerce, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, e-commerce operations, or business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with capability to work with large datasets and extract insights for business decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive alignment across multiple functions and regions.
  • Proven ability to execute end-to-end projects with high ownership, adaptability, and results orientation.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong learning agility and attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
