Identify and unlock new growth opportunities for Korean brands entering Vietnam.
Develop partnerships with distributors, ecosystem partners, government organizations, and strategic stakeholders.
Expand Shopee's Korean seller ecosystem beyond traditional categories into new growth verticals.
Drive Strategic Initiatives
Own high-impact projects from idea to execution.
Work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to launch new programs.
Influence stakeholders across Business Development, Marketing, Category, Operations, Live Commerce, Affiliate, and Product.
Shape the Seller Journey
Design scalable onboarding and incubation programs.
Build playbooks, growth frameworks, and best practices that influence hundreds of Korean sellers.
Turn market insights into actionable business strategies.
Become the Bridge Between Korea & Vietnam
Represent Shopee in meetings with brands, distributors, government organizations, and industry partners.
Drive localization initiatives that create long-term business impact.

Requirements

3+ years in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, Partnerships, Category Management, or Project Management.
Strong stakeholder management and project ownership.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
English proficiency required.
Korean language proficiency is highly preferred.
