[HCM] HIRING | CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Industry: Media & Entertainment – Content Production

Location: An Khánh, Ho Chi Minh City

Salary: VND 30M Gross/month

Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Report to: Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire Accounting Department.

• Develop, implement and improve accounting & financial procedures.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR/AP, revenue, expenses, inventory, banking and bookkeeping.

• Prepare financial statements and tax reports, including VAT, CIT, PIT and FCT.

• Manage cash flow, revenue, costs, receivables and payables.

• Establish and monitor internal financial controls and risk management.

• Prepare financial and management reports for the Board of Directors.

• Work with tax authorities, banks, auditors and relevant government agencies.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Recruit, train and manage the Accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing or Finance.

• The Chief Accountant Certificate is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant or in an equivalent position.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.

• Experience in Media & Entertainment, Retail or E-commerce.

• Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, internal control and cash flow management.

• Good MS Office and accounting software skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
