Grow sales in line with monthly/quarterly targets and implement brand-specific commercial strategies across various sales channels.
Identify, acquire, and manage new clients including spas, beauty stores, pharmacies, drugstores, social commerce sellers (IG/Facebook/TikTok), online influencers, live-selling platforms, etc.
Maintain and nurture strong commercial relationships with existing accounts on behalf of Kosmos.
Proactively seek new partnerships or cross-brand collaborations to generate leads, data sharing opportunities, and joint sales activities (e.g., outdoor sales events, pop-ups).
Support execution of in-store merchandising and POS activities (POSM, PGs, testers, gifts with purchase, etc.).
Attend brand training sessions and deliver product training to retail staff directly on-site.
Define and propose effective trade marketing initiatives (e.g., promotional campaigns, influencer video shoots, co-branded content) to increase sell-out.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or MD.
Requirements
Passion for skincare and interest in the beauty industry.
Sales-driven mindset and interest in business development.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or B2B client engagement.
Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or social selling is a strong plus.
Fluent in Vietnamese; English or French is a plus.
