ABOUT THE JOB:
The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in supporting the growth and profitability of the club by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in maintaining relationships with key clients, and executing strategies that attract and retain customers. This role involves performing market research, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting the execution of business development initiatives.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Support the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure business development strategies align with the overall marketing plan.
- Help analyze customer data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improving customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support for business development projects, including tracking project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events to build brand awareness and drive business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and helping to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and their impact on revenue growth.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
- Assist in analyzing competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Help implement strategies for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Support the delivery of loyalty programs, special offers, and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
Relationship Management
- Assist in building strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to maintain excellent client relations.
Promotional Campaigns
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with business objectives.
- Assist in executing campaigns and monitoring their success.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare reports on business development performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
- Assist in analyzing customer data to develop actionable insights.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
- Experience in market research and strategy implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
