Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with merchants: Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, and build a strong network of merchants accepting card payments and digital payment methods.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to resolve payment system issues and ensure smooth processes.
- Collaborate with the Business and Partnership teams to gain deep insights into target customers and propose action plans to achieve business goals.
- Oversee operational workflows, analyze data, gather feedback from partners, provide solutions, and identify potential issues. Create comprehensive product documentation, including process guidelines and operational manuals.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by management. Adhere to internal company policies and memorandums.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments involved in the transaction process to ensure seamless operations. Take full responsibility for the merchant onboarding process from initial engagement to active operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in electronic payments, merchant acquiring, business development, payment gateways, fintech, e-wallets, cards, e-commerce, money transfers, or digital access.
- Strong industry network in Finance, Logistics, Transportation, Education, Real Estate, IT/ISP Services, Lifestyle, and Entertainment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and payment regulations and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- High integrity, responsibility, attention to detail, proactiveness, creativity, and a growth mindset. Ability to work both independently and in teams.
