ABOUT JOB:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting sales and account management activities to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns. This role requires strong client engagement, campaign coordination, and cross-team collaboration. Reporting directly to the Line Manager, the Sales Support Specialist will assist in pipeline management, proposal preparation, campaign monitoring, and optimization to deliver measurable impact for clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Business Development (50%)
- Develop a strong understanding of the companys digital media products and services to pitch and win clients.
- Support the Line Manager in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and business KPI reporting.
- Prepare and present proposals, liaise with new clients, and offer suitable advertising packages.
- Engage with clients and agencies to build lasting business relationships, capturing feedback and ensuring consistent communication.
- Contribute to creating strategies, frameworks, and processes to continuously improve client service and performance management.
Account/Project Management (50%)
- Follow up with clients throughout campaign lifecycle from pre-launch to execution.
- Perform media booking, monitor campaign performance, and provide daily/weekly reports to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client concerns are promptly resolved.
- Analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Act as the central point of contact across multiple stakeholders (e.g., Food, Mart, Ads, Marketing, Transport, Content, Legal, etc.) to maintain consistent performance and quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 13 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Business Development in the digital media field.
- Passionate about sales, business development, and digital products.
- Strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with agencies, publishers, ad networks, or brands is a plus.
