Job Description

1.JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take care of and answer clients&apos information and oversee the business&aposs sales process.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed upon and customers have signed contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
  • Prepare proposal materials customised for each clients specific business needs.
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers
  • Set up virtual and in-person sales meetings

2.REQUIREMENTS

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in Sales and knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Experience working in an agency is a plus.
  • Hardworking, outgoing, proactive & adaptable personality.
  • Ability to calculate and a knack for numbers is a plus.
  • Good communication, negotiation skills, and a good command of English.
  • Experience in making Quotations, Proposals & presentations.

4.RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Step 4: Second-round phone interview with a Manager from another department to evaluate cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Step 5: HR contacts the reference(s) provided by the candidate.
