Take care of and answer clients&apos information and oversee the business&aposs sales process.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed upon and customers have signed contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
Prepare proposal materials customised for each clients specific business needs.
Develop rapport with key decision-makers
Set up virtual and in-person sales meetings
2.REQUIREMENTS
Have 1-2 years of experience in Sales and knowledge of digital marketing.
Ability to calculate and a knack for numbers is a plus.
Good communication, negotiation skills, and a good command of English.
Experience in making Quotations, Proposals & presentations.
