Role Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) US Market

Location: Hanoi Office

Responsibilities

Research target industries (healthcare, fintech, logistics) and build high-quality prospect lists

Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)

Book qualified meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers

Support marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships

Work with US Ambassador & BDM to develop strategic market development

Keep the CRM clean, up-to-date, and full of actionable insights

What Success Looks Like

10+ qualified meetings booked per month

A steady, high-quality pipeline for the Senior Sales team

Regular contributions to market insights and prospect intelligence

Qualifications

13 years in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or inside sales

Strong English communication (speaking and writing)

Hungry to learn enterprise sales and confident in prospecting new markets

Self-driven, curious, and excited about building something from scratch

Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams
