Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and detailed functional specifications.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlog.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, clarification sessions, and UAT activities.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Write SQL queries to extract and validate data for business analysis and reporting.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Proven experience creating and managing product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and Agile product teams.
