Receive requirements at a general level from customer, self-analyze and write a document describing software functions, basic design documents
Learn and analyze the available business of customers
Communicate directly with customers to perform Q&A, clarify requirements, and receive document approval
Deploy requirements for the project
Be the final guarantee on the Offshore side about the functions are implemented correctly and sufficiently (not the detailed testing of the functions, but the check on top of the function items. to ensure there is no lack and wrong requirements)
English communication is mandatory
Requirements
Business Analyst – Middle Level (4–5 Years of Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT/software development projects.
Strong IT background with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to communicate effectively with Developers and Testers on technical topics.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with customers, including requirement clarification, discussion, issue follow-up, and solution explanation.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and proactively ask questions to clarify unclear or missing requirements.
Strong ability to analyze, clarify, and manage requirements, and translate business requirements into clear, logical, and well-structured specifications.
Ability to break down requirements into functional specifications/basic design, including business flows, use cases, screen specifications, validation rules, data flows, etc.
Good documentation skills, with strong logical thinking and the ability to organize information clearly and effectively.
Good presentation skills and the ability to present and explain requirements/solutions to customers and internal teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Developers, QA/QC, Project Managers/Project Leaders, and customers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ability to review and clarify test cases based on requirements and support the QA/QC team in ensuring sufficient requirement coverage.
Knowledge of Database/SQL, Data Flow, and System Integration is a plus.
Experience with API, system integration, web applications, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
Good spoken and written English, with the ability to participate in customer meetings and handle day-to-day communication in English. TOEIC 750+ or equivalent is preferred.
