LOCATION: Hanoi

Job Description

• Serve as the Business Analyst in projects focused on performance optimization, processing time enhancement, and data accuracy.
• Gather and document business requirements, converting them into functional specifications and technical requirements for the development team.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to define dashboards and data visualizations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases such as Elasticsearch, MariaDB, Redis, and HiveDB.
• Understand and validate RESTful APIs.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Proven experience in participating in system analysis and end-to-end (from scratch) development.
• Direct hands-on experience working with Product Owners (PO) and End Users (EU).
• Solid mastery of BA core competencies; highly proficient in business documentation and User Manuals (UM).
• Proficient in Figma (equivalent to a Junior-level Designer).
• Proactive work attitude with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum project frameworks
• Experience working on government/public sector projects is a plus.
• Experience in system integration projects or projects involving AI Agents is a plus.
