Job Responsibilities
- Product Development:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, develop Cloud AI Services, Nvidia Cloud Provider solutions, including GPU-based AI platforms and services..
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project objectives.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and manage a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Define team KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Market & Technology Insights:
- Stay updated on Nvidias product offerings, AI technology trends, and hyperscaler solutions to continuously enhance product competitiveness.
- Provide insights into emerging market opportunities and recommend strategies for scaling AI and GPU cloud services.
- Stay updated with software development technology and help the team stay updated as well
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in NVIDIA AI technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), or solution architecture are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years in technical roles, with proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consultancy for hyperscaler or AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Nvidia GPU-based solutions, AI frameworks, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and building development teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
- Deep understanding of AI services, GPU acceleration, and cloud ecosystems.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing AI products or services at scale.
- Exposure to Nvidias ecosystem (CUDA, TensorRT, DeepStream) or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with managing cross-functional teams across geographies.
