As a startup, we are dedicated to growth and delivering excellence to our clients. In the past 12 months, we have more than doubled in size. Our services include SEO/Local SEO, PPC management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), social media management, and website design & development.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Website Developer Intern (Wordpress) to join our development team. You will primarily work on WordPress websites while also having opportunities to contribute to internal products and custom web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain WordPress websites based on designs and requirements.
• Customize themes, templates, and website functionality.
• Troubleshoot bugs and identify root causes.
• Handle content updates and ongoing website maintenance.
• Work with APIs, CRM systems, forms, and third-party integrations.
• Test websites across different devices and browsers.
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical planning.
• Occasionally contribute to internal products built with technologies such as TypeScript.
• Communicate with international clients when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress .
• Understanding of responsive web development and Git.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to research and learn new technologies independently.
• Good English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with international clients through meetings, email, and chat.
• Ability to understand requirements, ask clarifying questions, and explain solutions clearly.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Nice to have:

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Custom WordPress themes or plugins
• WooCommerce / Elementor
• REST APIs / AJAX
• React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Hosting, DNS, and website deployment

AI Usuage:

We encourage the use of AI tools to support development and problem-solving. However, you should be able to understand, review, test, and explain the solutions or code you produce with AI assistance.
