Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business teams to define and implement requirements for middle-mile agent subcontractors for Fulfillment Planning (Manpower)
  • Oversee the communication process with subcontractors to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Manage vendor performance through effective oversight and evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain a vendor performance tracking system, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implementing penalties when necessary.
  • Lead mid to large-scale projects aimed at enhancing vendor performance and driving cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Supply chain , Business Administration , Economics, or relevant fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistic, Sub-contractor management or related field
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholders management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Google workspace
  • Can do attitude and able to work in fast paced environment
  • Fluent English communication skills
