UIUX Designer

Contract Type: Full-time Service Contract (Net Salary, no social insurance contributions)

Salary Range: USD 1,500-2,000

About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong UI and visual design skills, combined with solid UX and product thinking.

This is a 60% UI / 40% UX-focused role, where you will be responsible for creating polished, modern interfaces while also contributing to user flows, interaction design, and overall product experience.

You will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to turn product requirements into intuitive and visually engaging experiences for web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

UI & Visual Design - 60%

• Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products.
• Create polished, visually engaging interfaces with strong layout, typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
• Ensure visual consistency across screens, components, and interaction states.
• Prepare design specs and assets for development.
• Work closely with Developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Review and refine implemented designs to maintain visual quality.

UX & Product Design - 40%

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive user journeys and interaction patterns.
• Identify usability issues and improve overall product experience.
• Work with Product Managers to contribute to product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure UX solutions are technically feasible.
• Consider edge cases and different user scenarios throughout the product journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/visual design and solid UX thinking.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/Visual Design, UX, Interaction Design, User Flows, and Design Systems.
• Strong visual sense with attention to layout, typography, spacing, color, and consistency.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive and visually polished experiences.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Web3, Fintech, AI, iGaming, or other complex digital products.
• Experience with Design Systems and component-based design.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience with usability testing, product metrics, or data-driven design.
• Experience with micro-interactions or motion design.
