About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on UX and product thinking to join our growing team.
In this role, you will focus primarily on understanding user needs, defining user flows, structuring product experiences, and solving complex interaction problems. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into intuitive and efficient user journeys.
While UX and product thinking will be the core of this role, you will also be responsible for translating these experiences into polished, high-quality interfaces and maintaining visual consistency across the product.
This is a 60% UX / 40% UI-focused role, ideal for a designer who enjoys thinking through how a product works and how users move through it, rather than focusing solely on visual execution.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Product Design — 60%
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear user journeys and interaction flows.
- Create user flows, task flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Identify user pain points and opportunities to improve product usability and overall experience.
- Define interaction patterns and workflows for complex product features.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and contribute to product decisions.
- Collaborate with Developers to ensure that UX decisions are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback, research, and product data.
- Think critically about edge cases, user behavior, and different scenarios throughout the product journey.
UI & Visual Design — 40%
- Translate UX concepts and wireframes into clean, intuitive, and polished UI designs.
- Design high-fidelity screens for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colors, components, and interaction states.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for development.
- Work closely with engineering teams to maintain design quality throughout implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or related roles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and product thinking — not only visual UI work.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Nice to have
- Experience designing Web3, Fintech, AI, or other complex digital products.
- Experience working with Design Systems and component-based design.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with product metrics, conversion funnels, and data-driven design decisions.
