Treasury Officer

A. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital plans.
• Monitor and manage loan facilities, funding activities, and banking transactions.
• Maintain relationships with banks and support credit facility arrangements.
• Monitor FX and interest rate exposure, and support risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with loan agreements, company policies, and regulations.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide financial insights to management.

B. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance.
• Hands-on experience in cash flow management, liquidity management, loan management, and banking relationships.
• Knowledge of FX transactions, hedging, and financial risk management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Good command of English.

• Working location: Vung Tau City
• Working time: Mon - Fri (8AM - 5PM)
• Interview 1-2 rounds, offline.
