Summary

Responsible for cash management (payments and receipts), liquidity and funding of the business.

Responsibilities

1. Treasury:

• Planning and executing transactions such as payments, receipts, investments, borrowings.
• Responsible for preparing cashflow forecast (weekly, rolling 24 months or ad-hoc) and provide recommendation on the cash and debt position of the company.
• Review payment documents, verifying key treasury-related information (such as bank account numbers, bank account names, and payment amounts...)
• Preparation of treasury reports/registrations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Managing bank accounts and bank relationships
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

2. Accounting:

• Review and record monthly accrual.

Requirements

• Major in Accounting/Finance
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic Word and Power Point, Advanced Excel
• Good communication in English
• Keen attention to detail, good analytical and time management skills
• Understand Vietnamese Laws and Accounting Standards
• General knowledge of internal control concepts
