Job Description
1.Responsible for the accounting and management of the companys general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
2.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management decision-making.
3.Supervise and review expense disbursement processes, ensuring compliance with the companys financial policies and budget requirements.
4.Review accounts receivable and accounts payable, monitor account status, and ensure timely collection and payment.
5.Coordinate with external audit institutions, provide data support, and ensure the smooth execution of annual audit work.
6.Assist the Finance Department in providing financing-related financial data.
7.Participate in the development and improvement of the companys financial management systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Job requirement
1.Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2.Work experience in general ledger accounting or a related area, with hands-on ERP system experience.
3.Holder of accounting qualification certificates, with solid theoretical knowledge and practical accounting skills.
4.Proficient in national financial laws, regulations, tax laws, and related policies, with strong professional judgment and risk control awareness.
5.Skilled in using ERP financial software and office applications, with strong data analysis and financial analysis abilities.
6.Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with best practices in process management.
