The Purpose of Your Role
Accountant Intern responsibilities are to support the Finance Team on finance tasks and office administrative assignments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Directly supporting Finance team on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities
- Assist in financial data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records in accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis, to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Support on employee engagement activities and other social company events
Who We Want
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and take initiative
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree program in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic background with coursework in financial accounting, managerial finance, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights.
