Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts monthly
Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for month-end closing
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements
Manage and verify invoices, payments, and expense claims
Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT)
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation
Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues
Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting/Finance Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1- 2 years of experience in a general accounting role
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, SAP is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Intermediate English (reading and writing financial documents/emails)
