Junior Accountant

Report to: Accounting Manager / Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts monthly
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for month-end closing
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and verify invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT)
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues
• Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting/Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1- 2 years of experience in a general accounting role
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, SAP is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Intermediate English (reading and writing financial documents/emails)
