Job Description:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report daily/weekly/monthly Linehaul KPIs (SLA, cost, capacity utilization, service quality).
  • Identify trends, risks, and root causes of performance gaps provide recommendations and action plans.
  • Partner with internal teams (Operations, Planning, Finance) and external stakeholders (carriers, vendors) to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.
  • Drive performance reviews with stakeholders to track progress and align corrective measures.
  • Support and/or lead small to medium projects related to performance monitoring, cost optimization, and reporting automation.
  • Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and standardized reporting templates for management.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making.
  • Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transport, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Min 4 years of experience in the same role.
  • Experience in logistics/transportation performance monitoring is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a must.
  • Good communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
