As a Process Integration and Yield Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's manufacturing excellence and technological innovation. Your contributions will ensure the seamless transfer of new technologies into high-volume production, enabling Intel to deliver cutting-edge solutions to global markets. You will collaborate across diverse teams to optimize processes, improve yield, and enhance quality, making a direct and measurable impact on Intel's success and its mission to shape the future of technology. Key Responsibilities - Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for incoming technology transfers. - Establish workflows, procedures, and equipment configurations for manufacturing modules. - Analyze structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar programming languages. - Drive low yield analysis and yield improvement activities with both internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure continuous improvement programs are implemented to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions. - Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes. - Sustain and continuously improve quality and defect measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environments. - Develop and apply automation tools to improve productivity, leveraging programming and artificial intelligence/machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, Material, or Chemical Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor processing or assembly and test environments. - Proficiency in data analytics, including querying, cleaning, statistical analysis, visualization, and drawing actionable conclusions using tools such as JMP or similar. - Proven knowledge of yield improvement, and problem-solving methods, such as FMEA, excursion management, and 8D reporting. - Demonstrated ability to apply programming and automation tools for productivity improvement. - Strong technical expertise and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability to manage key stakeholder relationships effectively. - Familiarity with implementing AI/ML-based automation to enhance manufacturing processes. - Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing technical strategy within an organization. - Passion for continuous learning and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
