1. Business Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and update medium- and long-term business plans, revenue targets (annual, quarterly, monthly) for the company, retail channels, branches, and brands.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to provide accurate forecasts, risk alerts, and timely recommendations.
  • Design, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to automate reporting, build financial forecasting models, and drive data-informed decision making.

2. Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from planning through to successful execution.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and propose actionable plans for market expansion, product/service development, and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment, smooth implementation, and on-time delivery of strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Strategy, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
  • Experience working in the Finance/Banking/Jewelry sectors is a strong advantage.

2. Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, and forecasting models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI...
  • Excellent ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and deliver clear strategic reports.

3. Soft Skills

  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in presenting to senior management.
  • Proactive, self-driven, able to work independently under high pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
